Le Pristine by Sergio Herman
New Italian cuisine by Sergio Herman, a contemporary tribute to pure Italian flavors and his Zeeland roots. Le Pristine is a 1 Michelin experience with a gastronomic menu and wine pairing in a relaxed yet refined setting. Housed in a raw, elegant space, the restaurant reflects the creative spirit of Antwerp. With a focus on fish, shellfish, and seasonal produce, every detail contributes to an elevated, welcoming experience.
Le Pristine Café
Le Pristine Café by Sergio Herman is a vibrant counter bar serving seasonal pastas, fast bar bites, small dishes and pizzettes, paired with signature cocktails and wines by the glass.
